Our newly-formed sub-committees have been finalised, and will commence in mid-July. Sub-committee members will be notified of the specific meeting times and methods in the next few weeks.
We are in the process of putting together an overview of the aims of each sub-committee that match the Strategic Plan, as a starting point for discussion. In addition, we will provide a summary of our expectations of sub-committee members to ensure discussions are effective. Board members will be accountable to direct and support the sub-committee initiatives.
These sub-committees are essential to the organisation’s future success, and the Board and I are committed to ensuring the time and effort put in is used effectively. I’d like to thank all of volunteers who have offered their time to participate in our sub-committees.
