Gold Seal International (GSI) and Gold Seal Practice Management (GSPM) are separating, following Steadfast Group’s purchase of GSPM and Gold Seal Intellectual Property (GSIP).
GSI will be led by former Gold Seal Director David Mills and continue to provide compliance, audit and other professional services, including Lloyd’s coverholder audits, to businesses operating throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
David said GSI remained committed to continuing to provide expert services to brokers, managing agents, underwriting agencies, and the broader insurance industry.
GSI will transition to a new name, GSI Professional Services (GSIPro).
David said GSIPro would build on Gold Seal’s “long, proud history” that led it to be recognised as a leading provider of compliance, human resources, training and education services to the general insurance market for more than 16 years.
