- Incidental professional indemnity (written in conjunction with PPL) — $10m limit
- Umbrella liability (standalone or following Gard’s primary PPL policy) — $50m limit
- Excess liability — $50m limit to $250m maximum for activities within rail corridor
- Errors & omissions liability (written in conjunction with PPL) — $5m limit
- Goods in the custody or control of the insured — $250k standard sublimit to a max $1m limit
- Blanket contractual liability
