Practical Workshop: Marketing for Underwriting Agencies

This session will help underwriting agencies set up and run effective marketing activities without the need for an extensive marketing team. This workshop will help participants set up their own range of marketing activities that targets better communication to brokers that measures leads to qualified enquiries. This is a highly practical workshop that requires participants to complete a planning exercise prior to the workshop itself.

Learning Objectives:

  • Set up three marketing activities linked to generating new enquiries, quotes sent, or broker meetings.
  • Develop a risk appetite into a customer profile and one broker profile that is unique to each workshop participant.
  • Complete a unique value message with three proof points.
  • Draft three communication elements for use on a website, social media page and broker email.
