Learning Objectives: A ‘start to finish road map’ of a workplace incident with a focus on identifying key aspects of the regulatory framework and important considerations for underwriters and claims managers for mitigating exposure after an incident has occurred. The presentation will also look at the various and differing ways states and territories have restricted the insurability of fines and penalties and discuss the continuing relevance of WHS statutory liability cover.
