Risk description and location

Company rents out E-Bikes for food delivery services. Want to offer cover to individual bike riders while they have the bikes to potentially create a scheme. Melbourne, 20 bikes, with servicing and repairs done through a manufacturer, has agreement with client. Clause in contract : states that they are not liable for damages or injury whilst using their bikes, hence the need for individual cover.
