Argyle has been member of UAC for 2 years. I have been working in the insurance industry for over 27years.  Through my 27 years’ insurance experience in various roles, both domestically and internationally, at Zurich, Suncorp, QBE and now Argyle.

I have been fortunate to obtain and build on many of the technical, business and people skills required for the role of Director.

I believe my core capabilities and experience in strategy, finance, operations, corporate development, and communications, combined with experience as a
director of public and private entities over the past 30 years, will be beneficial in assisting the UAC Board and management deliver on the core objectives of the UAC.

Furthermore, I believe my extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders, combined with my deep understanding on the insurance industry, will assist in creating and delivering value to the UAC and contribute to the successful execution and delivery of the UAC’s strategy.

I have a Bachelor of Economics degree from Macquarie University, CA qualified, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and I have been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors for over 20 years. 

I am passionate about developing and executing on strategies that are innovative and responsive to changing external market conditions whilst taking an integrated approach across people, process, and governance controls. I am eager to support the UAC in building on its position as the peak body for Australian underwriting agencies
