Insurance repairs: Our team of ten experienced supervisors and estimators conduct inspections (on site or virtual), prepare reports, and provide quotes for remediation. We also arrange make-safes and collaborate with specialist consultants such as engineers and assessors. We oversee all aspects of a job from start to finish.
Insurance restoration: Our team of six restoration technicians, most of whom are IICRC accredited, specialize in microbial, fire, smoke, and water damage restoration. Our technicians also handle report preparation, scopes, and quotes.
Out of Hours Strata Concierge service: Our clients redirect their calls to us outside regular business hours. We always have a dedicated team of locally based staff available to handle calls, arrange emergency make-safes, and provide client updates and reporting.
Non-insurance repairs, maintenance, and restoration: We offer the same services to Owners Corporations and lot owners, undertaking major and minor works. This comprehensive approach reduces complexity and addresses maintenance repairs before insurance works commence.
