Rural Affinity is an independent, specialist agricultural insurance agency, proudly supporting the crop, farm, plantation timber and livestock industries right across Australia. Since opening its doors in 2006, the team has grown from just three people to more than 80, with in-house expertise spanning the full life cycle of a policy - from product development to underwriting to claims management. Backed by Munich Re as its reinsurance partner since day one, Rural Affinity has paid over $500 million in claims to farming families to date.
True to its rural roots, the team brings together extensive insurance experience alongside tertiary qualifications in agriculture and plenty of hands-on farm experience of their own.
