New hire adds to Xceedance skills base in Australia

Xceedance has bolstered its Australian team with the appointment of Mayur Khatwani as Associate Vice President, Client Partner – Australia.

Mr Khatwani has more than 20 years of digital operations and automation experience in the insurance and financial services sectors.

Prateek Vijayvergia, Business Leader – Key Accounts, Australia and New Zealand, said Mr Khatwani’s expertise in operational leadership, client management and strategic development will be instrumental in assisting Xceedance to support and transform the Australian insurance industry.

Based in Melbourne since 2017, Mr Khatwani spent almost eight years with Wipro, which provides IT and business consultancy services, and most recently was with cloud computing company PagerDuty.

He has previously worked with business process management company, WNS Global Services in India, where he was responsible for insurance business process outsourcing (BPO), and in the US for IT consultancy Mphasis, where he was the solutions lead for insurance BPO.

Mr Khatwani’s knowledge of automation and transformation programs across the insurance value chain and vast experience in consulting and advising insurance clients on business process setup and optimisation for underwriting, claims, finance and accounting will enhance the Xceedance offer in Australia.

Mr Khatwani said: “I am excited to join Xceedance at such a pivotal time for the company and the insurance industry generally. I look forward to working with the Xceedance team to deliver exceptional value to clients and drive continued growth in the Australian market.
