With over 30 years in insurance and financial services, Natasha brings deep expertise and a values-driven approach to leadership. Over the past eight years, she has worked in the underwriting agency space—currently with Market Lane Group and previously as CEO of ARAG Australia. Her career includes senior roles at Allianz, Wesfarmers, icare, and Westpac, where she led transformation across underwriting, distribution, and risk.

Named one of Insurance Business Australia’s Elite Women in 2022, Natasha is recognised for championing gender equity, ethical governance, and fairer access to insurance for all Australians. A passionate mentor and advocate for diversity, she holds qualifications in Strategic Leadership, Business Management, and Insurance & Risk. Natasha is deeply committed to strengthening the underwriting agency sector through collaboration, transparency, and progressive leadership.
