Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Lloyd’s Development Group’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 11th December 2024, at 5:30 PM at Level 9, Grosvenor Place, 225 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000.

The AGM is a free event for members and will cover the following business:

1. Confirm the minutes of the previous annual general meeting;
2. Receive reports on the Association’s activities over the last financial year;
3. Review and consider the financial statements, in accordance with Section 47(1) of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 (NSW);
4. Discuss any other business.

Following the AGM, we invite you to join us for a lively evening of celebration and charity!

In planning this event and based on your feedback we have decided to revise the format, and promise an evening filled with entertainment, community, and meaningful support for Black Dog Institute.

Join us in raising awareness and funds for the Black Dog Institute with special guests Peter Plustwik, General Manager of Lloyd’s Australia, and Joshua Box from our Gold Sponsor, Wotton Kearney.
