Cochrane Leahy Litigation (CLL) is perhaps unique among legal firms that are UAC business services members.  CLL is regularly instructed by insureds in disputes both with insurers and other parties e.g. indemnity or breach of contract claims.  CLL welcomes such instructions but has also been appointed by insurers in conflict situations to act for an insured.  CLL’s director, Richard Leahy, acted for domestic and international insurers for more than 20 years before establishing CLL and has experience across most liability and property lines but particularly professional indemnity, management liability, employment practices, public liability, commercial and residential property and TPD.
