The Australian Insurance Academy (AIA) provides training services to the general insurance industry.

We offer a virtual learning department, providing as much or as little assistance as you need, on a regular or project basis.

We also offer two Learning Management Systems (LMS):
Knowledge Online© is perfect for delivering training to your clients and partners, in a streamlined and efficient manner and can integrate with your Zoom, GoTo, Teams or Webex accounts. Webinar recordings can be accredited with CPD points and so your partners need not miss out on valuable training, due to time constraints.

Aisle Learn© (Australian Insurance Skills and Learning Environment) has been developed specifically for the industry and provides a total solution for training of internal staff. In addition to the standard functionality of an LMS, Aisle Learn provides management and reporting of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points, wherever they may be earned, and organisations can see at a glance, how they are tracking with this important compliance requirement. It also comes with AIA’s catalogue of courses, including technical general insurance courses, courses developed by the Fair Work Ombudsman and curated videos.

Both systems can be customised with your branding, and allow you to create, upload and manage organisation specific courses, including webinars and recordings.

AIA also provides learning consulting. We are owned and staffed by insurance people, who understand the industry, it’s value and challenges.
