Before founding Emergence, Troy played key leadership roles at Suncorp, across Technology, operational excellence, and strategy functions.
Prior to Suncorp, Troy worked as a management consultant at Deloitte, focusing on Innovation and Corporate Strategy. During this period, he managed the internal innovation program and provided valuable consulting services to businesses, advising on innovation, strategy, and operational improvements.
Troy’s educational background includes qualifications as a Mechanical Engineer, a Bachelor of Business, and an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM).
