As has become our standard, Sedgwick’s management of this unprecedented event extended beyond individual claims and incorporated a range of unique skills together with several short, mid, and long-term solutions – not least the provision of additional support for vulnerable customers.
Our technology-focused approach was advantageous; however, our colleagues were truly tested on the ground, particularly due to the added complexities associated with COVID-19.
