Ausrisk Consulting provides an array of risk management services for brokers, underwriters, underwriting agencies, strata managers as well as property and business owners across Australia. Ausrisk has a particular focus on property underwriting reports for the hard to place, strata and hospitality markets.
Our engineers evaluate your site’s risk profile along with the activities and controls that manage those risks. We assess such areas as construction, risk management systems, public safety, estimated loses and more. Our reports give insurers and brokers an understanding of the property, working to provide the best outcome the property and/or businesses insurance. Our senior engineer Mike has nearly 40 years of insurance industry experience, and is also a qualified electrician and electrical engineer. We also offer thermal scanning of major electrical components for clients as well as engineering claims handling and consultancy services.
