DESCRIPTION:Presenter: Janelle Barron\, Special Counsel \nVicarious liability arises most commonly in employment contexts. Recent decisions have tested the scope and boundaries of this doctrine\, culminating in the recent High Court decision in Bird v DP [2024 HCA 41].
